The securities and public companies practice group seeks a corporate attorney with at least 5 years of experience practicing securities law with focus on capital markets work to join the group as a knowledge management attorney. The knowledge management attorney will help harness and share information in a manner that allows the practice group to provide legal service in a manner that is more rapid, more informed and more efficient. This attorney will assist the securities and public companies practice group in defining, implementing and promoting KM tools, systems and processes to improve the quality and efficiency of our work, and also developing expertise and providing advice with respect to Section 16 reporting and FINRA matters. Ideal candidate should have knowledge management experience such as working with forms and managing precedent documents and checklists. It is expected that the role will be a full time position.

Qualifications

Expertise in corporate and securities law with focus on capital markets, and minimum of 5 years of practice experience at a top-tier firm.
Strong writing ability, including technical contract drafting skills and ability to communicate clearly.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and at least one document management software system.
Experience with and comfort in using internet and intranet technologies.
