A second federal district court has declared the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (“CDC”) eviction moratorium (“CDC Moratorium”) invalid. On March 10, 2021, Judge J. Philip Calabrese of the Northern District of Ohio struck down the CDC Moratorium, ruling in Skyworks, Ltd. v.
