Robinson+Cole's Real Estate and Development practice group seeks a junior associate to join its Boston office. Qualified candidates will have between one and three years of experience advising property owners and developers, companies, organizations, and government entities in land use, environmental, and transactional real estate matters. Familiarity and experience with local, state, and federal permitting and public approval processes, including zoning and land use, wetlands and waterways, air and water quality, environmental policy acts, and sustainability and incentives is required. Admission to the Massachusetts bar is required.
