Robinson+Cole seeks an associate with 2 - 4 years of complex litigation experience to join its Hartford, Connecticut, office. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing and analytical skills and admission to the Connecticut bar required. New York bar admission, law review experience, judicial clerkship experience or large-firm or equivalent experience are a plus. The successful candidate will be expected to assume substantial responsibility for property and casualty insurance coverage litigation and unfair trade practices litigation, including drafting of briefs on critical motions and appeals, management of discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Some out-of-state travel is required.
