Dykema Gossett PLLC, a leading national law firm, seeks a staff attorney with at least two years of consumer finance litigation experience. The position is available in either our Bloomfield Hills or Detroit office. Previous experience representing banks in such matters is a plus. Candidates should have experience in drafting and arguing motions, drafting all manner of pleadings and developing case strategy. Excellent written and oral advocacy skills are required. The work requires attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
