Registered U.S. Patent Agent or Attorney, preferably with at least 2-4 years of patent preparation and prosecution and client counseling experience in a general practice law firm with an IP Group or an IP Boutique.

Required candidate qualifications include:

An advanced degree (MS or PhD) in Organic Chemistry with an emphasis in Synthetic or Medicinal Chemistry and comfort and familiarity with Molecular/Cellular Biology, Biochemistry or Immunology. Experience in drafting and prosecution of synthetic or medicinal chemistry patent applications is a must.
Registered to practice before the USPTO
Strong oral and written communication skills
Detail oriented, excellent organization skills, ability to multi-task and work both independently and in a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
