Archer & Greiner is seeking a Litigation attorney for its Hackensack, NJ office. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and 4 - 7 years experience in commercial litigation. Our commercial litigation practice in North Jersey handles complex matters ranging from consumer and insurance fraud, shareholder disputes, restrictive covenant breaches to trademark infringement in both state and federal courts in New York and New Jersey. Our diverse client base includes local, national and international clients in the information technology, textile, food, diamond, hotel, pharmaceutical and medical industries. Job Requirements

4-7 years of experience as an attorney in Commercial Litigation
Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to handle cases independently
Experience with and ability to handle all phases of litigation from discovery through trial
NY litigation experience required
Excellent writing, communication and analytical skills
NY and NJ Bar admissions
