The New York Office is seeking a senior- level (Class of 2007 or Class of 2008) corporate associate with a solid background in mergers and acquisitions, financings and general corporate transactions. Qualified candidates must be experienced in providing full support with little or no supervision in the full cycle of an M&A deal. Candidates must be able to manage internal and external relationships and handle the day-to-day requirements to provide a high level of service to our elite clients. We are seeking skilled candidates who preferably have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm and have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school. This position is ideal for a senior-level associate who possesses leadership qualities, is result-driven and is ready to further his or her career in a supportive and truly collegial environment.
