Harris Beach seeks a senior-level attorney with at least five (5) years of dedicated commercial real estate experience. This position will include serving as primary outside closing counsel for a mid-size, regional lender with active commercial lending department. Attorney should also have experience with land use, zoning, commercial foreclosures, and related issues. It is anticipated that this attorney will also be responsible for certain types of local litigation.

Qualifications:

5+ years' experience in commercial real estate required; litigation experience a plus
Must be admitted in New York (or ability to waive in)
Military experience a plus
