Three to four years of experience in technology transactions, with emphasis on intellectual property licensing and technology commercialization. Substantive experience with drafting and negotiating complex licensing agreements preferred, including agreements involving software and content licensing, partnering and distribution, application hosting, Web-based services, technology development, services agreements, and technology transfer relationships. This job does not involve intellectual property litigation or the prosecution/registration of any intellectual property. Successful candidates will demonstrate ability to manage fast-paced client transactions and to provide pragmatic counsel related to clients' technology commercialization strategies.
