The San Diego office of Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking an Associate to join its pre-eminent, national Intellectual Property Department in the IP Litigation Practice Group. Our ideal candidate will be a 2008 to 2011 graduate of a top law school, with patent litigation experience in cases involving medical devices, medical electronics, communications systems and networks, wireless systems, optical systems, Internet and/or other technologies. Excellent academic credentials, writing, and communication skills are required. Those holding a degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related field are preferred.
