Foley & Lardner LLP is seeking a staff attorney to join the Business Law Department in the Madison, WI office. Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working with early stage companies, including drafting initial organizational documentation, founder's financing documentation, initial financing documentation (e.g., convertible debt financing and series seed preferred stock financing) and general board and stockholder consent/approval documentation. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated attorney, who is eager to learn and gain valuable experience while supporting attorneys in Foley's offices throughout the United States (including not only the broader Midwest region, but also Boston and the Silicon Valley).
