Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a securities attorney for its Salt Lake City office. The attorney will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of SEC reporting and capital markets transactions.
Qualified candidates will have:
• Five to ten years of experience in SEC reporting and compliance practice areas
• General corporate/SEC experience required
• Prior experience related to executive compensation matters preferred
• Prior experience related to NASDAQ and NYSE rules preferred
• Strong communication and writing skills
