Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a corporate associate for its Denver office. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and venture capital transactions, financings and fund formation.

Qualified candidates will have:

· Two to five years of experience in corporate transactional and/or capital markets/securities law practice,

· Strong communication and writing skills, and

· Strong academic performance.

Candidates admitted in Colorado are preferred.
