Squire Patton Boggs is currently seeking a healthcare litigation associate attorney. Qualified candidates will have 1-3 years of experience with managed care, Medicare, Medicaid and/or health insurance reimbursement matters. HIPAA, Stark, AKS, FCA, or ACA experience would also be helpful.

The candidate must possess a J.D., excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm environment, in-house or judicial clerkship, and superior writing, communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health law and be willing to write articles, participate in bar activities and otherwise contribute to the development of the firm's healthcare litigation practice.
