We also advise investment banks, with key clients including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, RBC and Wells Fargo.

The ideal candidate has experience in public offerings, venture capital, public company representation and private company representation. Candidates must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials along with superior communication skills. Membership to the State Bar of California is required to be considered for the San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.
