Associate or Managing Associate with two to four years of experience in energy project development, project finance, and/or energy project M&A to join the San Francisco office of Orrick. Development experience (EPC-construction, power purchase, equipment supply contracts) is a plus. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and major law firm experience. A member of the State Bar of California is preferable, but we will consider candidates licensed elsewhere who are willing to take the California Bar Exam.
