Pepper Hamilton's Corporate & Securities Practice Group is hiring a transactional associate to handle sophisticated health care transactions including regulatory analysis and structuring. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in health care regulatory and transactional work including reimbursement, licensing, Anti-Kickback Statute, and Stark law. Candidate should also have well-developed client management skills, stellar academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Candidates can be resident in any of the following cities: Philadelphia, Berwyn, Princeton, Washington, DC, and Wilmington
