Pepper Hamilton's Corporate & Securities Practice Group is hiring a mid- to senior-level corporate associate with 4 – 7 years of experience in sophisticated securities and mergers & acquisitions work. Candidates must have significant experience in securities, public company work, and the '33 Act and '34 Act; stellar academic credentials; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates also will have experience in M&A and general corporate matters. Candidates can be resident in any of the following cities: Philadelphia, Berwyn, Princeton, and Wilmington.
