Pepper Hamilton's Corporate & Securities Practice Group is hiring a mid-level corporate associate with 3 - 5 years of experience in life sciences transactional work. Candidates must have strong corporate transactional experience with an additional focus on licensing, collaborations, partnerships and joint ventures in the life sciences industry, as well as contract research and development, manufacturing, clinical trial and distribution agreements; stellar academic credentials; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The group has a preference for the position to be filled in Berwyn but will consider candidates interested in Philadelphia as well.
