Pepper Hamilton's Los Angeles office is hiring an entry-level to junior corporate Health Care associate with up to 3 years of related experience. The practice group assists with health care regulatory compliance, mergers and acquisitions, general operational advice for health systems, academic medical centers and hospitals, and assists a number of other health care clients in formulating and executing business strategies, including the purchase and sale of physician practices, and the formation and operation of outpatient diagnostic and treatment facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with health law issues; regulatory and transactional matters; general corporate work; stellar academic credentials; and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in litigation or administrative proceedings for hospitals, managed care organizations, major health systems, and major medical groups a plus.
