The Washington, D.C. office of Holland & Knight is seeking an associate for its Privacy and Data Security group. Ideal candidates will have strong substantive knowledge of US data privacy and security law, state breach laws, HIPPA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, Gramm-Leach Bliley Act, and related hands-on experience. Job Requirements:

We prefer a candidate with at least 2 years experience but will consider others with relevant background.
Strong technical skills and a CIPP designation is significant plus.
Admission to D.C. or ability to waive in, is essential.
