Riker Danzig /Morristown, NJ

Duties include but are not limited to:

Establish project workflow, monitor and revise project plan as needed to ensure legal team and client satisfaction.

Consult with legal teams regarding best practices for technical and business processes related to e-discovery, and collect feedback for the improvement of litigation technology services through hardware, software and processes.

Serve as the primary point of contact with legal team, client Litigation Support group and other firm resources as required in the management of litigation projects.

Prepare project status reports for legal team and litigation on a regular basis.

Monitor compliance with project requirements to ensure consistent approach and high quality results.

Assist in evaluation of software technologies based upon the requirements of e-discovery collection, processing, review and production.

Work with legal teams and vendors, respectively, for early case assessment strategies and technology.

Work with other Litigation Support Analysts to document and create workflow, policy and best practices.

Assist legal teams in evaluating outsourcing alternatives, recommend vendors, and assist legal teams and litigation support with coordinating services.

Provide litigation support analyst with assistance and direction for the handling of technical issues.

Help legal teams coordinate trial support with equipment, vendors and trial consultants.

Provide end-user training in Trial Director, Summation, Concordance and related applications.

Maintain and support various database, productions and loads.

Willingness to work additional hours and help others with deadline intensive projects; timely and regular attendance is required.

Willingness to occasionally travel, as needed, to other offices and trial sites.

Prior trial experience helpful.

Trial support experience; experience in setting up and running an off-site trial War Room.

Familiar with EDD/ECA vendor review tools (e.g. Relativity, Clearwell).

Job Requirements

5-10 years law firm or vendor experience in managing litigation support projects and technology.

Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

Must be proficient in the operation of typical litigation support database applications, including Law PreDiscovery, Concordance, Summation and similar applications.

Must be proficient in the operation of TrialDirector

Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and other business productivity applications.

Must possess a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills to be able to work well with employees at all levels within the organization and maintain all information in the strictest of confidence
