Brief Description: The Palo Alto office of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking a highly qualified associate with 3 to 7 years of experience in patent litigation and prosecution.

Science or engineering degree required. Will consider candidates with all technical/science backgrounds. Advanced degree is preferred, but not required. Candidates should have stellar academic credentials from a top-ranked law school, and excellent writing and oral advocacy skills. Large law firm experience is preferred. USPTO Bar admission and California Bar membership in good standing is required.
