Seeking junior-level debt finance associate (1-2 years' experience) with commercial finance and lending background, and a willingness and interest in working on occasional junior level general corporate, M&A diligence and transactional work. The associate will support the finance and corporate attorneys primarily in our west coast offices. Candidates with business, accounting or MBA background preferred.
