This attorney would be focusing primarily on drafting and negotiating commercial real estate leases and working on transactional leasing matters for Fortune 500 clients. You will be responsible for working directly with clients on leasing, business process and compliance matters and will be assigned to one or two firm clients. This person must be organized, detailed-oriented and able to follow strict guidelines for clients' leasing management processes. This position is flexible in comparison to the traditional tracks for associates and has the possibility of a more individualized structure to better accommodate work-life balance.
