The Las Vegas office of Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck is seeking a corporate transactional associate with 2-4 years of experience in corporate and business law. This position involves performing work relating to mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, entity formations and restructurings, securities offerings and certain SEC matters. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of experience in legal research, due diligence and drafting of business entity documentation, including governance documents for corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships, and exposure to third-party opinion practice will be helpful. Excellent academic performance, strong writing and analytical skills, interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment are required.
