Seeking attorneys with significant tax and transactional experience in corporate and partnerships. Candidates with foreign tax experience a plus. The ideal candidate will: hold an LLM from a top school with an excellent academic performance, have large national firm transaction experience, possess strong writing and analytical skills, be very detail-oriented with great interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
