We are prepared to hire an attorney with 4-8 years of experience in commercial real estate/real estate finance transactions. The desired skill sets and experience include commercial leasing, acquisition and disposition of real estate, construction and conventional financing of real estate assets, corporate real estate services, title/survey/environmental proficiencies. Experience with CC&R/zoning desired but not required. The successful candidate will support our partners in a senior role, including leading deals, closing deals and day-to-day interface with client and relationship partners. Ideal candidates will also have excellent law school performance, strong writing, organization and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
