Lewis Roca Rothgerber is seeking a partner-level Products Liability attorney with a book of business for its Phoenix and Denver offices. Candidate should have particular experience in products liability class action issues, including “limited issue” class questions, class definition issues, and constitutional limitations on class certification.

The ideal candidate should have significant courtroom experience in state and federal courts, including both jury and non-jury trials. At the same time, the candidate should exhibit a successful record for managing Litigation efficiently and cost-effectively to enable clients' to achieve their strategic business objectives.
