Lewis Roca Rothgerber's Denver office is seeking a partner-level Construction attorney with a book of business and with significant experience representing small owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and constructors of major projects in all facets of the construction industry from contract planning and negotiations to claims avoidance and resolution through to project closeout. Candidate should have experience litigating, arbitrating, mediating, and counseling clients on risk management, dispute avoidance, and alternative dispute resolution. The ideal candidate will also have extensive experience working across a wide range of disciplines that will enable us to better serve our clients in the construction industry.
