The Scottsdale office of Kutak Rock LLP has an opportunity for a full-time, experienced litigation paralegal with strong trial experience. The selected individual will assist department attorneys in all aspects of the litigation practice, including trial preparation and attendance.

Requirements and qualifications include, but may not be limited to:

Paralegal certification required, two- or four-year degree a plus;
Five+ years' experience as a litigation paralegal;
Solid experience with trial preparation and attendance;
Ability to examine, evaluate and summarize large quantities of information;
Familiar with legal research procedures and applications;
Experience with Summation (or a similar product);
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and document management software;
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure of deadlines;
Resourceful, exercise good judgment and work well independently and as a team with attorneys and staff;
Excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills;
Stable and verifiable employment history;
Flexibility for overtime.
