Kutak Rock LLP's Denver office is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2-4 years of experience in real estate.

The successful candidate should possess significant experience in handling all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including the review of title commitments and surveys, preparation and resolution of objections contained in title and survey comment letters, preparation of real estate documents, coordination and facilitation of closings, follow-up with post-closing matters, and extensive contact with clients. The candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong communication and writing skills, the drive to help shape and expand a growing practice, and the ability and confidence to work independently. Experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions is preferred. All candidates must be currently admitted in Colorado.
