Our Philadelphia office is seeking a commercial/ intellectual property litigation associate with three to four years of experience. The position will include trademark, copyright, false advertising, and complex commercial litigation. Experience in trademark and copyright litigation and enforcement is preferred. Our Litigation Department is our largest practice group and represents a wide range of local, national and international clients in all types of complex litigation and regularly represent clients in local, state and federal courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. Superior academic credentials, excellent writing, and strong communication skills are required.
