The Philadelphia office of Ballard Spahr's national IP practice seeks associates to help our clients protect their brands, their identities, and their products. We are looking for lawyers with two to five years of experience in trademark and copyright litigation, (including litigation before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board), global brand enforcement, domain name disputes (both in court and ICANN proceedings), false advertising, and rights of publicity.

We require top academic credentials and superb oral and written communication skills. We are particularly interested in former judicial clerks, but this experience is not required.
