Our Securities Department is interested in discussing positions with attorneys who have four to six years post-JD experience (not including clerkships) and who have experience handling SEC Enforcement and other government investigations, internal investigations and other white collar and regulatory enforcement as well as related or parallel securities litigation matters.

Experience in regulatory (e.g., the SEC, CFTC) or criminal (e.g., DOJ, a USAO, District Attorney, Office of the Attorney General of New York) enforcement organization would be helpful but is not required.
