The Phoenix office is looking for a lawyer to serve as an attorney in the Corporate Group of its Phoenix office. The candidate must have at least 2 years of post-law school practice experience, preferably in a transactional practice, or business regulatory position, and an excellent academic record. The candidate will be staffed on merger, acquisition, capital markets, private equity, venture capital and finance projects. Arizona Bar preferred but not required.
