The Silicon Valley office of DLA Piper is actively seeking a mid to senior level international tax associate with 4-6 years of law firm experience.
The ideal candidate will have experience with international structuring and transactions planning, project management with client tax departments, and meaningful client responsibilities. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of income sourcing rules, permanent establishment issues, subpart F, withholding planning, treaties, and other international tax topics. Excellent analytical and writing skills are a must. Familiarity with financial statements and models will be a plus.
