The Washington office of Jones Day, a global law firm with 37 offices, seeks a trademark associate with a minimum of 1 year experience to work in the Trademark, Copyright and False Advertising group. Helpful experience includes: (1) trademark enforcement and federal court litigation; (2) trademark clearance, prosecution and TTAB experience; (3) false advertising litigation and/or ad clearance; and/or (4) copyright litigation. Strong academics and admission to the DC Bar required.
