The Knoxville office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz seeks an associate with 1-3 years of litigation experience to join its Business Litigation Department. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills and deposition, discovery and motion practice experience are sought to assume responsibility in an active and diverse federal and state court litigation practice. The associate will work closely with senior litigators who will provide active mentoring and client contact. Tennessee law license required or candidate must be able to take the Tennessee Bar and obtain license promptly.
