Chemical Patent Associate with 1 to 4 years of pharmaceutical experience for the Intellectual Property Practice Group. Experience in Hatch-Waxman-related opinion work, freedom to operate analysis, due diligence and patent prosecution is considered a plus. PhD in organic chemistry is required. Must be admitted to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and be a member of the Colorado or Florida bar
