Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a labor and employment associate or counsel for its Employment practice group.

The ideal candidate should have 4-10 years' experience in transactional employment work, including wage and hour audits, advice and counseling, drafting of EEOC position statements, federal and state employment law research and analysis of complex issues, preparation of employment-related documents, such as employment and severance agreements, workplace policies and procedures, leaves of absence forms and letters, and employee communications. Employment training experience is also desired. Candidate must be able to juggle multiple assignments, be strategic and detail oriented, have a high sense of urgency and have the ability to prioritize.
