Duane Morris LLP has an opening for a labor and employment associate with 1-2 years of experience to join its Employment, Labor, Benefits and Immigration Practice Group in Miami. Ideal candidate must have experience in employment litigation (employer defense) and transactional employment work including employer discrimination litigation, wage and hour class lawsuits, drafting of EEOC position statements, conducting witness interviews and depositions, preparation and employment and severance agreements. Background in counseling employers on federal and state employment law compliance, drafting workplace policies, assisting clients with employment training programs, traditional labor and noncompetition litigation experience is also desired.
