Foley & Lardner LLP's Boston office is seeking an associate to join our Business Law Department. Our ideal candidate will have very strong document drafting and negotiating skills, and will have experience in emerging technologies; venture capital; mergers and acquisitions; leveraged buyouts; equity investments; venture financings; private placement securities offerings; portfolio company investments; and the organization, development and financing of early stage companies. We are seeking a well-rounded, dynamic, highly-motivated Business Law Associate who seeks significant client contact and is willing to work hard. Large law firm experience preferred. Top academics and experience required. To be considered, a candidate must hold a JD from a top tier, ABA-approved law school and must be an active member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
