Cooley LLP has an opportunity available in the Los Angeles office of its preeminent, internationally recognized corporate practice; associates with four to six years of general corporate and strong M&A experience are encouraged to apply.

Ideal candidates will have experience (i) representing buyers and sellers in merger and acquisition transactions; (ii) representing companies, investors and underwriters in public securities transactions; and (iii) managing client relationships and handling the day-to-day demands and work flow requirements of a variety of clients with sophisticated needs. Ideal candidates will have worked in the corporate department of a national or international law firm, and will have a high level of academic achievement from a nationally recognized law school.
