Quarles & Brady LLP seeks an associate with 2 - 5 years experience to join the Business Law Group in its Phoenix, Arizona office.

Applicants should be experienced in federal securities regulation (transactions and periodic reporting), merger and acquisition work, and drafting and negotiating transaction documents. Applicants should also have experience providing corporate counsel to clients generally and drafting and negotiating various commercial contracts. Applicants should demonstrate good judgment and responsiveness to client needs and be able to manage projects and transactions with supervision.
