Arent Fox LLP is seeking a staff attorney for its trademark practice group. The candidate has the option of being located in any of our four offices - Washington, DC, New York, Los Angeles or San Francisco.

The ideal candidate must have substantial direct experience drafting full trademark opinion letters, analyzing trademark searches, researching third party use, and clearance work. A minimum of 2-3 years experience is required. Candidates should also have experience working with heavy volume, large trademark portfolios, possess strong time management skills, have excellent writing and analytical skills and be highly organized and detail oriented. Experience with trademark litigation (TTAB or civil litigation), licensing, advertising and contracts are a plus. Please note this position is a non-partner track position
