Dorsey & Whitney LLP is seeking a midlevel corporate associate for its New York office. The associate will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, private equity and venture capital transactions.

Qualified candidates will have:

Three to four years of corporate transactional experience, including experience with capital markets and mergers and acquisitions,
Strong communication and writing skills, and
Strong academic performance.
