Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials and a minimum of four years' large law firm experience in energy transactions. The candidate should have pipeline and LNG experience. Ideal candidates will have industry experience in a relevant business or in-house legal role (which will be weighed against the requirement for four years' law firm tenure), or experience with FERC regulation of oil or gas pipelines. The work will involve advising clients in the structuring, development, and financing of energy projects
