The Broker Dealer Group of our Securities Department is interested in discussing positions with attorneys who have two to four years of post-JD experience and are interested in advising and representing broker-dealers, investment banks, hedge funds, electronic trading platforms, securities exchanges, and/or other financial institutions regarding compliance with federal securities laws and regulations, and the rules of self-regulatory organizations. Prior experience working with the SEC or FINRA would be helpful but is not required.
